Hi,
The Music Video "Ellos no pueden" (They cannot), a single from the album "Rezuzitaun" of the Hip Hop band Rezonancia, was entirely shot in film; Super-35 and Super-8 in Chile.
The Music Video was broadcasted earlier this month through a free-to-air TV channel in Santiago de Chile and then released for YouTube.
The emultions were 50 ASA Daylight color negative in 35mm format (Kodak Vision3 5203) and Super-8 (7203). Double X black and white negative was also used for some of the Super-8 shots; by using customs loads of Eastman Kodak 5222 (reformatted to Super-8 by Pro8mm in Los Angeles). One cartridge of black and white negative was developed into D-76 or the second one into Ilford DD-X. The color negative ws developed into Normal ECN-2 process at FotoKem and Pro8mm high quality Labs.
2K1556 DPX RGB scanning using Scanity (35mm) and ScanStation (Super-8) in Los Angeles; YRGB color correction through da Vinci Resolve at Fotoquímica Films in Chile (Associated Production Company).
