EOS 1v part needed

Does anybody know where I might find a data port cover for the EOS 1v? I've been searching the net for hours and have only found that when you contact Canon, they tell you to call B&H, and when you call B&H, they tell you to contact Canon. The only place that I have seen them is here but they are out of stock, and who knows if they'll ever get them in: http://www.procamerarepair.com/CANON-EOS-1V-FLASH-REMOTE-TERMINAL-_p_2242.html

It covers the data port on the lower right hand side of the camera.

And I have no idea what happened to the pictures that I attached but whatever it is that shows up when you click those links isn't what I attached. I tried to fix it by clicking on edit, but I got this error:
The controller Snog_SocialGroups_ControllerPublic_Groupdiscussion does not define an action called Editmessage.

Anyway, the part I need looks like this:
