Caffenol printing questions!

I want to start conventional printing but some stuff is on backorder, so.. why not try Caffenol!

What are the must-know Caffenol printing facts?
I already read about extended print times, stronger mixes, rapid exhaustion. Others?

Many write-ups are a some years old now. What is the latest you know about?

I think you hit on all the things you need to think about. one thing I do is I sometimes have a little bit of regular old print developer on hand, and start the print in that, as soon as the image peeks through the paper I put it in the caffenol to finish up .. kind of speeds things up a little bit so you aren't standing around for 14 minutes waiting for a image to appear..

With CM you aren't standing for 14 minutes, it is as fast as Multigrade dev...
