Contax RTS II Quartz let me down --

I had dreadful results from the last B&W film in my 'Saved-From-The-Dump' CONTAX RTS II Quartz. The negatives were so dense and varied --- some were denser than others -- I had a look an discovered there was an Oil Patch on aperture blades. This meant the lens 'stop-down was slow causing uneven exposures. Does anyone in UK know of some-one who can check out Contax Zeiss Planar lenses ?
