Mamiya RB67

Travel

#2
Although I have traveled years ago with a complete RB67 setup on an aircraft I have not since 9-11. Basically stated I just never found a need to fly any longer other then emergency bereavement trips. With this all said, yes, I still travel a lot with my RB67 but it is always in my personal vehicle.
When flying I used a pelican case and placed it in the overhead. They would never allow that kind of weight and size in those compartments these days I'm pretty sure. In fact, if it ever fell on anyone from the overhead I'm sure there would be a loss to some poor family.

Did you have a specific question?

I use the regular Mamiya strap. It is designed to properly fit the strap lugs of the camera.
