Polaroid, Impossible and other Instant Pho

Looking For Fellow Hobbiests

#1
My name is Ed. I live in North Carolina. I just joined APUG and this group today. I love film photography. Unfortunately I know no one else personally that does. Most folks think it is old fashioned and crazy. I decided to make friends and contacts online to share ideas and to have discussions with. I found this group today and decided to give this a try.

I love everything instant in photography. I collect Polaroid pack cameras, the one step type cameras, the Polaroid SLR's, and the Fuji cameras.

I have been using the Impossible film since it was introduced several years ago. It is slowly getting better. It is often unpredictable and it is expensive but I buy it to support the company. I want them to stay in business and to grow and improve their film. There aren't many choices out there for film. I would like to see Impossible succeed.

I love the Fuji films. I hope they do not stop production of the FP-100C anytime soon but I fear that it is only a short matter of time. I enjoy my pack film cameras. I especially like the 360 and 450 models.

I use the Instax mini and wide films. The quality is superb.

I look forward to conversing with any of you and making new friends and contacts.

Welcome Home Ed !

I started with the SX-70 when I was a wee lad.

Now I have a Polaroid One, and some expired Impossible film.
The impossible film doesn't seem to expire very well . . .

I bought an 8X10 Camera recently, I have a Polaroid Processor { Hopefully it still works }
I need to purchase a Polaroid 8X10 Film Holder, and some more Impossible Film.
Just a little worried about the cost of the 8X10 film !
