Me at SECC : It's ME aged about 20,late 1950's, posing at South Essex Camera Club for a famous British Photographer 'Kevin Mc Donnell' who had his photos nearly every week on the cover of 'Amateur Photographer Magazine' and was sponsored by 'Johnsons of Hendon' a chemical company. He arrived to Club with a ROLLEIFLEX,huge Electronic Flash heads in large reflectors and went through all his 'Lighting Tecninques' such as 'Under'Lighing' then took some photos using Ilford 'Selochrome Pan' film and gave the Club a bottle of 'Capitol' developer, and one of the members processed the film and did this print for me ! I was in th British Army in Germany then and used to arrange my home leaves to co-incide with the Club meetings as they met only once a fortnight - I was KEEN and STILL AM !!
