The FP4 and Ilfosol have proved to be a good combo here That's a bike and a half. Good tyres for the old tramways, mind. I've seen thinner tyres in Duke's Manx Norton
Do I take it that there is a large battery in what looks like a black parallelogram on the far side of the bike?
With the seat and handlebars positions he must have one of the longest upper bodies in Scotland
That little unit carries a 48V 864W battery, I would suggest Hailwood would have preferred this for the extra grunt. As for type and size of tyres, when asked the question on his comeback race of what type of tyres he wanted, he replied, "round and black!"
Hailwood was an extremely self effacing person, and is probably the best motorcycle racer I've ever seen in action and had the pleasure of meeting a few times.
As for the picture, it really grabs you, the aggressive cropping certainly enhances it.

The deliveroo riders are all over the city in these Allegros. As Mick has kindly pointed out they operate with 48V batteries. The chunky tyres can more than cope with the Edinburgh tram lines. I wonder if Deliveroo supply the bikes to the operatives.

When I first saw the thumbnail of this image, William Eggleston came to mind, but this photograph is far more interesting than his child bicycle low perspective shot. Your eye wonders around the frame.
