I am working on a series of cyanotypes based on things I find in my pantry: rice, oats, salt, beans, pasta, etc.
Equipment Used
DIY UV light table
Exposure
Usually about 8 minutes
Film & Developer
The “new” cyanotype formula, developed in sulphamic acid solution
Paper & Developer
Bockingford 140, hot press

Like the deep blue-black from the new cyanotype formula, I need to get over the hurdle of the slightly more complicated mixing of the solutions and give it a try - to see the difference to my "classic" cyanotypes - Very clever idea for a series....

I mixed up the new formula quite a few times now and it seemed complicated at first but now it’s pretty easy as I know what to expect.
