Kallitype print showing entrance to Ishibashi family estate. Founders of Bridgestone (Ishibashi literally means, stone bridge). It's been a year since I made a Kallitype, and I sure did miss them!

like you, I have set aside making kallitypes, this makes me think I need to get back to it - a great image as well.

wow, so nicely done.... i'm unfamiliar with what makes a kallitype distinctive. I know I'm seeing tones, gradations, details, texture, depth, but unaware of what the kallitype process contribute as separate from the leaf textures for instance!
