Shot with a Bronica and flash handheld. I don't remember if I just had the 36mm extension tube on or had the bellows on.

If I remember right this was outdated 800 speed film, and I always got a grainy look with it. It may have been underexposed a bit to cause that. Could be the scanner makes the grain worse than it would be with a wet print. As far as the Bokeh, the lens was probably at f/16 or f/22 which may account for what you see.
