Suggestion: reduce to 72dpi, and you will be able to get your images bigger. A web browser can't handle anything over that without a specialized plug-in.
It's not size that I was going for. This is just the reference image. 72 dpi, in my opinion gives very coarse images. The point of these 3 images is to demonstrate the sharpness of a traditional 11x14 print using technology available in 1951. Unfortunately we have to strain that through 2004 scanning technology and then contstrain it to a 120k file size.
