Black Forest

nice forest. just like we have got here in Slovakia...

Now this is a print that speaks to me! Well my innate love for dark, mysterious images anyway. What time of day was this taken at? The strong backlighting works well with the trees and the fading trees toward the back just add to the 3d effect. Nicely done!

I took a similar shot years ago and when I finished printing it I sepia toned it just slightly. It ended up winning first prize in the one and only photo contest I ever entered.
