The boy and the horse

Two young boys where playing in front of the horse, suddenly the first one dashed away following a dream of his own, the second saluted the horse in this way. I wish I could erase the telephone cable from the print, any suggestion on how to do it?

The telephone cable makes the picture "photographically" - and really contributes to the composition! - take it away (digitally???) and something will be missing: "aesthetics" at the price of "reality"!!.
