I am planning to revisit the place and yes, Hans, I do have a photoshoot with models in mind.
I was thinking either actors dressed in period dress, or dancers in white, or black, like ghosts.

Some are already: there is a big aquarium, theater/cultural center, restaurants, etc, but the space of the base was large, so there are quite a few buildings that are still untouched. Most have rotted beyond repair though, such as this theater which has a broken concrete roof atop reinforced rusty steel.
This is the outside:
