This is one image of my Expressive flower series that I am currently shooting.
The general theme running through the series of the images is to try and show, through the use of flowers, the various expressions and emotions,some of which can be fleeting while others can be more lingering, one goes through during life. (the other images are at http://www.pbase.com/dave101.)

This particular image was shot on 4x5, used one side light and reflector. Would be really interested to gets some crtique on this image and the series if possible.

This is a gorgeous image.

My wife mentioned the other day that she would like for me to create a series of pictures like this that she could use in decorating our home. Thanks for the inspiration.

One minor point - the tip of the flower on the right creates a shadow on the middle flower that is disturbing.
 
One of my favourite subjects. Good lighting and detail.

Good job on all of the images, my favorite is "Flamboyance". However they are all well photographed .
