Creek flow

I like the shutter speed you chose - unlike most river rapid shots which feature very silky, velvety water action (in some case a bit too much), yours feels real, movement of water as it should be. Two points: 1. I cannot focus my eyes properly on the picture as it appears to be extremely unsharp (for this subject matter, total sharpness is key I think), 2. Why this colour?
