Thanks for looking. No it wasn't staged. I was on the 2nd floor balcony about to take a shot of the man because I liked is posture. Then I saw this woman about to come into the frame from the left (one of the advantages of rangefinder cameras), so I waited for her to almost leave the frame before I took the shot.

There are no strong shadows, and the lines of the ground are leading down, so if i look at this for too long i get the feel that the objects and people are falling on me. Pretty good composition. =)
