This looks really nice. I like the composition and tonality, and I think the structure detail in the upper left adds depth. At first I thought this might have been medium format.

Yes, there is a nice offsetting between the dark upper part and the light illuminated lower right corner that enhances the composition.
 
now if you had placed a bogart-type with a fedora, long coat under one of those street lights.... no, no - it's better imaging all the different possibilities!
