I've had an amazingly diverse and challenging week. You already know the Caroline story. On an entirely different note, I photographed a wedding for a friend the previous Friday. The condition was that I would shoot it my way.
I'm posting three images from the first roll I've developed of the reception. I couldn't bear to use flash and ruin the mood (it was late at night and in a very dimly lit room). It was so posh and elegant, very Cartier-Bresson. ;) Out came the Delta 3200, and I shot by the light of a few dim chandeliers and the candles on the tables.
Anyway, this is my take on the reception.
In this image, the flower girl (bride's daughter) had just collided with the cake table and was getting some love from Mom.
