Hi Liza, I like the picture very much, but for me the light (maglite reflection in her right eye) is in the wrong position. There is a light (specular reflection, perhaps?) in her left eye, just at the lower edge of the iris, at the eyelid. The position of the light in the right eye gives me the impression that the right eye has wandered and is looking upward.
I don't think that the mag light in the left where it is placed works, The right eye is staring right at me. Challenging me to return the look. Yet the eye is void of any personality. I'm sure in the darkroom you could, with tape create a small window light reflection in this right eye, bringing life to the sculptural portrait. Bringing a hint of life to this image as a sculpter would be a great contrast between the living and the created.
This said the image as it stands is exceptional.
