Inside the harbour

On a cold, grey, Sunday afternoon a few weeks back, we decided to head down to Lyme Regis for a quick stroll. I took the 1956 Leica IIIf loaded with Fomapan 100 and seemed to come away with images that look like they were taken at the turn of the 20th century (let alone the 21st)!

And the way the clouds perfectly repeat the shape of the hills across the bay. Special connections with the weather gods?

So it was the vicar who pulled strings for you? (I've always thought that the weather gods were pagan, though...)

Pretty much all the Christian holidays were overwritten on pagan ones. Happy Bealtine! Merry Saturnalia!
