Portrait

I really like this shot. I like the offset from the middle quality about it. Medium format has such smooth tones. Shots like this, doesn't work for me with 35mm format. The dark background really emphasizes the man. I wouldn't make the background darker because its just a hint of what the guy does. That's an apron isn't it?
