well I usually print on fiber based paper but wanted to print several today so I decided to print them all on rc to see how hard it would be to print them before I commit them to fiber, expense and all. but thanks so much for the lovely comment,

Well done Gay, I really like thes one. The light is beautiful and the lines are wonderful.

I think you may have a classic here Gay. If this is the RC print, the FB will blow the socks off anyone who looks at it. Very well done indeed.

wow, thanks, this was very hard and I would like to get more out of it so I'll try with the fiber paper

give us more...settings, etc. Where was the splash of light to the right coming from? On the left, was that light reflected from the steps? Hand held..or tripod? Very nice image.

Drew, you are right there was a small window on the right and I definitely had a tripod. These stairs led to the balcony of the church as many of the painted churches had balconies with the stairs in much the same position, regardless of the denomination of the church. There was so much European influence in each of them. One thing they all had in common is lovely light from the windows. i do wish i had written down my settings but I just didn't, maybe next time I'll remember Thanks very much
