The power of suggestion

The perspective on this one is really weird. Took it from the first floor of the surf club. The foreground is only metres away and the first breaking wave is really small, only a few inches high. Yet the surfers in the background look like they are shortly after, although they are more than 50 metres away on much larger waves!
It gives the feeling they are miniatures.
I guess the perspective compression of the tele really made this happen.
