The road to Stac Pollaidh

Also known as Stac Polly, this is not the highest mountain in Scotland, but well known and a really recognisable shape. This is the actual single track road which takes all traffic to settlements on the Coigach peninsula, so passing places are needed.

A nice stain from a scan of the neg? Nice if it could be reproduced on a toned darkroom print

Has a kind of a N African look I expected to see a couple of camels on that track

Thanks PU. No camels I'm afraid, but definitely sheep and the occasional red deer for sure!

Well, it's all a matter of opinion. Some folks like their coffee with cream and sugar and some folks like it black, but it's still coffee. This is a great picture with the car or without.
