The locked gate barring access to the route to the beach below. During Covid, this popular, steep stair and walkway that so many use for a great workout isn't available, because of how narrow it is (and how much heavy breathing it creates!) In consideration for WPPD (51ab-2021-04-25-TMY-2048)
