Waiting at the foot of the stairs...

This was a "real world" test of using J&C Classic 200 in Diafine. I rated the film at EI400. The negative is quite dense, but that could be partially attributed to continuous aggitation in a Unidrum during the "B" part of the process. The contrast of the negative is also rather low and a significant curves boost was required to get any "snap" from the scan. The negative would require at least a grade 4 paper to print well, maybe even higher.
