Looking at it at first, I had no clue this image would have such historical significance.

Besides that face, I like the image on its own, without the story. The reflection in the water and your composition creates a nice balance and symmetry to the photograph. It is very pleasing to the eye. I now realize I'm giving a critique in the Standard gallery... Sorry about that.
