Winter Lines

The winter lines are actually telephone lines. I was attracted to the silhouette of this telephone pole in front of a very wan winter sun in an alley in Chicago. The photo was taken in January of 1982. This print was made in March, 1983 on 8” x 10” paper. (Previously posted, but long since deleted.)
