Did that eyecup come with your T90? I'd love me one of those. I'm also short one or two cups for my EOS30v (Elan 7II). Sadly, those are also not among the common types sold on AliE....

It's an original Canon eyecup intended for the F-1, A-1, etc. cameras that I tried and it happened to fit. It does fog up the viewfinder if you completely seal it to your eye socket and it needs to be pushed out of the way when you close the film door. There are some on eBay for about 10 bucks.

Cloud tree - nice! And yes it’s Spring-y enough for ice cream over here, just pulled the camera out quick enough to catch this cool character outside the Ritz, excuse the framing and so on.

I like the subdued tones and textures in that image, Koraks.

Some subjects of last weekend's photo travels:

There were about 10 of them grouped up together. They will look better on the 600mm focal length instead of a wide angle cell phone lens digitally zoomed. I found it's just long enough not to spook them for portraits. They can definitely hear the film advance of the T90 though. Need to finish off the second roll of Delta 400 before I can develop.

Local rail bridge, still in use. 100 years ago a vital part of the cereal trade in North America.

Enjoying the partial solar eclipse with top-notch technology and looking forward to the total one in 2026! (Spain, here I go!)

That's gorgeous! What equipment did you use?!

Thanks, that's kind of you to say. I keep a Canon 7D on my desk that I use mostly as a paperweight when I need to scan a print that's a little buckled; its weight presses such a print nicely flat on the scanner. I also sometimes use it to photograph cloud formations I like. I boosted saturation a bit, but otherwise very little was doctored on the image.
