One more comment: There'll be some variability in answers depending on what you consider a "24-exposure" (or whatever) roll. Depending on what camera you use, it's generally possible to get an extra 1-3 exposures per roll on commercially-rolled film (25-27 exposures on a "24-exposure" roll, for instance). If you aim to match that, you'll get fewer rolls from a bulk roll. If you don't, and you go for a true 24 (or whatever) exposures, the answer will depend to some extent on your camera and loading technique. As mgb74 says, the possibility (or certainty, depending on your bulk loader and loading technique) of fogging the final frame can be a factor, too.
