The fourth edition is much larger than the previous three editions. At 714 pages it is a very large book. It is surely the last edition that will be published.

No writing in the book and I do not smell any foul odor. There is a faint rubber stamp impression on the exterior page edges with a former owner’s name. It was kept in corporate office and home office.
It is easiest for me to ship to a US address but I will ship overseas but since the shipping weight is 6 pounds the overseas shipping cost will be at least $60.
