"Theory of the Photographic Process", 4th Edition ISBN 10 0023601906 / ISBN 13 9780023607903
This is the unrivaled scientific book on black-and-white and color silver halide photography. It covers in detail and contains references to hundreds of published papers and patents. This is the foundation the libraries of scientists and readers who want to thoroughly understand the science of photography. It is surely found on the bookshelves of photographic scientists around the World.
It is edited by T. H. James of Kodak’s Research Laboratory. This is fourth and last edition of the books first written by C. E. K. Mees for his PhD. thesis in London. The fourth edition is much larger than the previous three editions. At 714 pages it is a very large book. It is surely the last edition that will be published.
TH James, "Theory of the Photographic Process", Fourth Edition, ©1977, MacMillian, New York City, 8.75x11 inches 714 pages. with dust jacket.
No writing in the book and I do not smell any foul odor. There is a faint rubber stamp impression on the exterior page edges with a former owner’s name. It was kept in corporate office and home office.
It is easiest for me to ship to a US address but I will ship overseas but since the shipping weight is 6 pounds the overseas shipping cost will be at least $60.
