I recently started bulk rolling IXMOO cassettes with a Watson loader. Some rolls have no issues at all and some have light leaks either at the beginning, end or both or throughout the roll. All rolls were from the same bulk roll and loader but on different IXMOO cassettes.
I did forget to close the IXMOO door after loading in two rolls. After developing in a large tank I forget which was which, but it should be the ones with the light leak at the beginning of the roll I assume.
Any ideas where the leaks at the end come from? they should be all the way inside and not be affected.
Also I see some patterns repeating all the way through.

Not too sure where you would be getting leaks in the middle unless you have accidentally left the loader open when you took the loaded cassette out but you will have exposure at the beginning and the end of the roll unless you shut the lights off when you start to load and at the end when you finish. The part that is attached to the spool is exposed when you start before you close the door and the part that sticks out of the cassette is also exposed when you open the door to cut it off. Make sure you seal off the main roll of film before you start or end.

I load IXMOOs and FILCAs all the time in my Watson 100 loader and it will close the cassettes when I reach the end by tuning the left hand knob counter clockwise until I hear it click. Make sure you continue to hold the crank on the right tight against the cassette and keep it from rotating while you do this. In the beginning I practiced this without actually loading film until I knew I could close the cassette properly.

The Zeiss Ikon metal cassettes (which are similar to the IMOO) will also close in the Watson but not all the way because the cassette itself will begin to rotate once the inner sleeve is partially closed. However it is closed enough that I can open the loader in low light and hold the cassette by hand while I finish rotating the inner sleeve until it clicks into place.
