In case anyone is interested...

Lowell Photography Weekend is a multi-venue photography event taking place in Lowell Massachusetts on January 30, 31 and February 1. 2009. Seven Lowell galleries, museums and arts organizations will be hosting photographic exhibitions. Some of these exhibitions are juried and are open to photographers of all ages.

Thanks Marco. I'm bummed that I never heard about Brush's juried show for black and white film photography. I've submitted to it in the past, but didn't jury in. A few other Apugguers did... Art, Bethe, and Ed. We used to have a great freeby publication, the Middlesex Beat, which always had regional "Call for Art" listings.

I have yet to find a good place for such listings regionally. Any ideas, anyone?

I appreciate you posting, and I don't blame you at all Marco!!

The Brush must have had a call for black and white photographs last fall to prepare for this, and I used to find those in the Middlesex Beat. I'm just bummed that we have a lack of sources for regional events like this. Maybe it was listed here.... http://www.bigredandshiny.com/
