No real answer to your question but a couple of points to make.

Pricing for used enlargers can be all over the map and will vary by location. You won't find a lot of C7700MX enlargers for sale in order to do a price check. With respect to the specific C7700 you're looking at, does it come with all the negative carriers and lensboards you will need? LPL/Saunders negative carriers can be hard to find (although I think someone is 3d printing them). Is it well cared for and from a working darkroom or a "garage find"?

As a VERY rough guess, if it is well cared for and comes with 2 lensboards and 2-3 negative carriers as well as the power supply, I would say $300-400 in the US. But that assumes a patient seller in a major metropolitan area.

If its complete (for your needs) and in excellent condition, the worst that can happen is you pay to much. If not, you might pay too much and - on top of that - be unhappy with the enlarger itself.

I use a MX version of the LPL but also have a colour head from an earlier one for spares and the be honest I cannot see any difference between them.
If you get pushed for spares such as negative carriers, a company called Second Hand Darkroom in UK will probably be your best source of spares. As far as I know the do ship overseas. I have used them multiple times and they can be trusted to be fair and honest.
Their website is :-

A quick check of Ebay US there are none listed in the US, one in UK and one in Japan, both seem expensive. The UK unit is $427 + $120 for shipping to the U.S. Unit from Japan is $873 with free shipping, but does not incudel customes and fee for import, no idea what those would in Australia. All price are USD.

You should be aware that this model is badged differently in the USA.
The KHB website page explains a lot: http://www.khbphotografix.com/LPL/LPL7700series.htm
LPL just recently stopped making enlargers, but these models have been available for a while.
I have one that I purchased used ~ 5 years ago in Canada from a high school that was shrinking (but not eliminating) its darkroom. You don't want to hear how little I paid for it - a lot less than that price! I found it as a result of a local Craigslist listing.
With enlargers, location is everything when it comes to prices.

The enlarger has been on ebay for about a week and no bites. If you really want this enlarger, wait and see if he brings the price down or asks for offers. Many sellers of enlargers have an over optimistic view of what it is worth, I would wait him out.

I was responding to OP question about price of that model. I have an LP 6700 wiht color head, D3, a Metopa and a very old Federal, last thing I need is another enlarger.

Here in Canada two LPL 670 mxl enlargers with a few accessories just sold for $150 for the pair.
In a reputable photo store , not so far away, a similar enlarger is for sale for $600 CDN.
Prices are all over the place.
With dichroic enlargers buying site unseen can be a dodgy undertaking.
LPL's filters do degrade with time.

Technically, dichroic filters don't degrade.
But they can get dirty, and they can be damaged, so it is best to be careful.
And like most of this sort of enlarger, they require the matched power supply, and those power supplies can also be a source of concern.

guys do you think if buying an enlarger overseas is safe? like the shipping cause damage etc.....

Do you think it makes any difference whether it is send overseas or from your own country?
Secondhanddarkroom in the UK, that was mentioned here before has a very good collection of enlargers and they pack stuff very well. I bought several items from them and their service is excellen. The Nova Print Processor I bought last is much more vulnerable than an enlarger imo and it arrived without any damage.

Seems pricey to me. For that I'd expect a good lens and some extra bits n pieces. This is a supply, demand and timing issue though... can you hold off for a better deal?

One problem with buying from overseas will be the freight, that along with exchange rate conversions might eat up any savings you think you'll make.

Have you looked in Marketplace, that tends to have more reasonably priced items.

both. so if an enlarger was packed well, shipping won't cause any damage? I'll then consider from buying overseas

I just wrote an essay (and an offer) on an enlarger in Victoria, but doing a bit more research and taking a peek inside this thing, it only has the 35mm mixing box. If you were wanting to do medium format, getting the right mixing box is a lot more of a challenge than getting the lens boards and lens.
Thought I'd best delete my post rather than get your hopes up for nothing, but let you know WHY I deleted it in case you'd already read it.
My apologies!

The LPL 7700 doesn't offer any choice - there is just one mixing box available for it.
But generally speaking, your advice is excellent.

This enlarger is in Melbourne, is still available, and the price hasn't changed, it is still free!

First come, first served.

There are multigrade heads around but very hard to come by and are very expensive
