Hi all,

I've discovered while using a 130/2 projector lens that my Pentax 67II has a slight front focusing issue. How can I fix this? By adjusting the mirror?

Cheers
Peter

You would have to adjust the focus screen height to match the focal plane on film. To achieve the accuracy needed for a fast lens you would need an autocollimator. It's not too hard if you have the equipment.

I hope you really like that lens-as in you never plan to use any others-because if you modify the body no other lens will work.

I assumed it was easier to discover it with that lens as the aperture is quite large, and that what causes the front focusing is a mirror + film plane issue - regardless of what lens you are using?

Yes, it's an slr. The focus on focusing screen and film must match, regardless of lens.
