You would have to adjust the focus screen height to match the focal plane on film. To achieve the accuracy needed for a fast lens you would need an autocollimator. It's not too hard if you have the equipment.
I assumed it was easier to discover it with that lens as the aperture is quite large, and that what causes the front focusing is a mirror + film plane issue - regardless of what lens you are using?
