The camera is fully operational and comes with a Graflok back and ground glass w/focussing hood. The camera is very clean, but does show some wear and a bit of paint loss on the focussing hood. I have moved the infinity stops to the back rail and calibrated a set of focus marks on the right hand bed rail to correspond to the hyperlocal distances for f/8, f/11, f/16 and f/22 or 14', 10', 7' and 5' respectively. The focus scale on the left hand rail is the one that came with the camera. The camera can be focussed using the ground glass if you prefer. Of course it can be set up to use various other lenses as well. I used this camera a few days ago, so it is film tested.
The lens is in great shape - clean glass with no fungus, major haze or scratches. It is very SHARP! The #00 Graflex Synchro Compeer works very well - all speeds sound good to my ear and work fine on film, but have not been tested for accuracy. I am also including a 40.5 - 52mm filter step up ring, so you can use easy to find 52mm filters.
The 6x9 medium format roll film back is a Graflex lever wind type with the extra film rollers to keep the film flat. It is working fine, but it is somewhat stiff and advancing the film feels rough. Spacing is fine and there are no light leaks.
This kit is a great introduction to super wide (47mm on 6x9 is roughly equivalent to a 20 mm on 35mm or full frame digital), so I have also included a TT Artisans 21mm viewfinder and a mounting block that slides right into the Graflex shoe on top of the camera.
