Mod. note: this thread was branched off of an announcement about color film here: https://www.photrio.com/forum/threads/reflx-lab-pro-100-in-127-film-format.206192

I just bought 2 rolls of RERA Pan 100S from Downtown Camera in Toronto. This film is not the same as Rera Pan 100 (without the “S”) that has been discontinued in 2018. The new one has extended red sensitivity up to 750nm and can be used with deep red filters for some IR effects. I have not trying it yet, I am still searching for its development time. Some say that it’s the same film as Silberra pan 100, but I am not sure, also development times from different sources disagree. I got good results with the old RERA Pan 100 (Rodinal 1+50 16:30 @ 20°C) and later I will try to cut Kodak Tmax 100 120 film into 127. I would be interested to cut also some Velvia 50 but there is no more photolab in my region. E6 films are sent to Montreal for processing and there is a waiting time of several weeks. Not sure if they accept 127 films.

RERA Pan 100S

I have found the development time for RERA Pan 100S;

参考現像時間
ISO100 Kodak D-76 原液 20℃ 8分
ISO100 R09 1+50 20℃ 13分

Reference development time
ISO100 Kodak D-76 undiluted solution 20°C 8 minutes
ISO100 R09 (= Rodinal = Blazinal) 1+50 20°C 13 minutes

Development time agree with those of film Silberra pan 100

Thanks for the update! Hopefully the new ReraPan 100S 127 will be available from B&H in the US as well. I like the old version, and look forward to trying out the new version.
