Finally had some time to head back into the darkroom, I was looking over some papers and I found a scavenged-together blix formula I made that seems to work fairly well. Keep in mind I put this together during the pandemic when getting chemicals was difficult. It's a pretty slow working blix, I typically leave the films in there for around 15-18 minutes. I performed a clip test using a leader, developed to full black under the light, then washed and bleached until clear. Process took about 8 minutes on the leader, so I doubled it for the working time with the film.
No guarantees there isn't any retained silver. Use caution when playing with strong hydroxide solution and remember to always add base to water.
