I don't take it as being mean-spirted at all.

Many of these things are new to me and naturally I have anxieties about them. I have never mailed out expensive gear like this before. Also items that I have a major attachment to naturally puts me a little bit at unease. This is why I ask around to get advice and suggestions and doing so has lessened my anxieties. I am naturally an anxious person.

I will be mailing for service some time soon and will be doing my best with working on the film back.

Thanks guys.

Unless new things have been put on the market, full sheets of news paper, balled tightly up by one hand, is still one of the very best packing materials for things being stored, shifted or shipped.

I was able to put in the new light trap material and had to readjust the exposure arm onto the V spring. Just developed a test roll from earlier today and no light leaks! The negative frames look cleanly squared. No fuzzy tops or bottoms. The frame edges look so clean!

Thanks for the encouragement with doing this little project.
