My name is André MOUTON, from France. My company, TAOS PHOTOGRAPHIC ( www.taosphotographic.com) is fully involved in large format photography. I have asked to Ilford to distribute some ULF sheet films for the EU community. I would be pleased to know if some of you would be interested by which specific formats and would agree to support me in my approach.

Hello Andre, and welcome. There is a company here in the states which is a sponsor of the forum called J&C. They are on the front page and have a very good stock of sheet films for many formats. You might take a look at their web site to get an idea of what is available. The owner of the company, John, has been selling b&w film for only a few years, but his business has grown as he responds to requests by people, and has put in a great effort to have sheet film cut to many formats. tim

Andre, I think that there is indeed a need for an ULF film distributor in Europe, since ordering from the US is all fine and proper, but doesn't make much sense when the film is originally made in Europe, as is the case for example for Foma, Efke, Ilford and Maco Films, shipped to the US and shipped back to Europe... Shipping costs for ULF film overseas are very high, and a Europe-based distributor would allow more Europeans to afford ULF...

Just my two cents...
As for support, I'm intersted in 11x14 film, but cannot financially commit to any volume...

Thank you Tim, I know J&C but my purpose is to provide films for European customers.
Thank you for your support Patrick. I put you down for 11x14".
