I've been revisting Tetenal's Ultrafin film developer recently and have got good results with Pan F Plus, FP4 Plus, and Delta 100 so far, with enough confidence to give a recommendation here. The key seems to be using the higher range of dilution (1+20 - 1+30), whereas I suspect stronger solutions of Ultrafin developer may be better suited for specific circumstances. In the past I had problems with excess grain @ 1+10 and 400 speed film.

Ultrafin concentrate goes a long way, with 8ml sufficient for at least a medium speed film. If used 1+24 (40ml conc. + 960ml water) in a Jobo then there should be capacity to process 5 rolls of film. 10 minutes @ 21ºC as a starting time for FP4+ exposed at 100 EI.
