well, they have two options, then - perhaps 3
1) get talking to a major distributor in each major market. they may well have both requirements and ideas on how to meet marketing requirements. AS a hevey product, container loads many be the only ecconomical way to get this into major markets.
2) list the product on a market place like E-bay. (I see many goods from that part of the world, taking advantage of the shipping setups like "Orange Connect" that e-bay supports)
3) work with one of the General retailers like SHEIN (there are several now) to add the product to what the retailer keeps in major markets and ships localy.
Certanly, Many of us would love to see a source of good quality paper for less than we curently pay for product like FOMA. It looks like Adox has put off their plans to make paper for a while. But without a firm idea of the total cost, it i hard to plan.
hello cm
Thanks a lot for these wonderful advices! That's what I thought to do too
I'm trying to contact to the photo equipment agent to many countries
It looks as if you are the only source that Lucky has got to start the distribution of this new paper. Is that correct?
It just seems strange to me that given the cost of setting up multigrade paper production as a large volume producer that Lucky, the maker has not planned its distribution via a network of distributors for world markets?
Thanks

Hi all
Sorry it's just I haven't seen any notification,now i realize here has a discussion.Hope it won't be so late
Here is the manual,it's in chinese but the most important specification like dmax is written in here
Yes you can't find any information (even very few in Chinese website) since it's a new product and they just don't even try hard on marketing it(It does make film and enlarge paper in history, but now they mostly produce and import medical film)
Here's the official website of it(unfortunately only has Chinese version) http://lkyl.luckyfilm.com/index/product/236.html?cate=134
I think they can't believe it either, when I was saying:let's share it with photographers abroad
The main problem now is price. Paper products exported to foreign countries need to go through very troublesome procedures (FSC chain). The most optimistic situation is to be on par with Foma photo paper. Obviously the market will not accept such a result.

Thanks for information! I was able to view this in English. We don't have many people who participate from China, so the updates are greatly appreciated!
Best Regards Mike
Does Multitone variable contrast paper sold by B&H ring a bell here? I wonder about the pedigree for it is.
I just stumbled upon this thread. Shook a bit the head om disbelief as Lucky color, BW film and anything else I haven't seen for many years and deemed discontinued.Another big question, does it lith??
Is B&H still selling paper?
How will you know if what B&H sell you is the same as the Chinese paper mentioned by czygeorge? On my next order to B&H I am going to order a 100 sheet box to try.
