There's some great stuff in here everybody. It's funny bouncing into this thread after reading a 'best lens" type thread. So many examples of various formats and focal lengths.

Hasselblad 500 C/M + Planar 80 mm, no filter, on Bergger Pancro400 @ box speed in Berspeed 1+1, dry scanned on Epson 750.
See how the 'gritty' structure of the Bergger film fits the stone's structure, it looks like emery paper...

Back street on the ramparts of the city of Avallon, Yonne (Bourgogne), France.
A theory exists which proposes that the Isle of Avalon mentioned in Arthurian legend is, in fact, Avallon in Burgundy.

See my previous image's made in the Yonne for comments...

Early Neo-Gothic interior with grisaille trompe-l'oeil and wood floor (!) in a side chapel, Eglise Saint-Lazare, Avallon, Yonne, France.
AVALLON 11.JPG

Hasselblad SWC, no filter, handheld (full open and 1/30sec.) on Ilford HP5+ @ 1600ASA in X-Tol 1+1, dry scanned on Epson 750.
This combo shows less grain, and even nicer tonality, than the Bergger combo in the previous images...
