I think in the UK most people knew how to operate the pumps.

Yes if anyone doesn't know how to operate a pump by now then they are in deep trouble at a petrol station and need an electric car

Apparently, Tariff provisions are not sufficiently off topic for some people here, so self-serve gas stations are to be discussed.

Unfortunately, I think there will be a lot of "wait and see" about how tariffs and other adventures impact the price and availability of photography related materials. Too many variables to keep track of, I think - and most of them are unknown. On the face of it, though, my expectation is higher prices all around.

It was a plan dreamed up by someone who loves inflation and hates poor people. Woody Guthrie wrote a song about Trump senior ....

No thinking required; that is all we have and it really is unfortunate. With better information we'd know what the fate of photographic film and paper and cameras &ct will be.

We had a brief discussion among the team about this thread, and agreed that the quoted line above is probably as far as the discussion is going to get. Let's revisit this in a while when the dust has settled a bit.
